I have a band. Lima kami; all professionals. Ako ang main vocals ahem, though I too could do some mean huh! guitar strumming and trying hard solo licks a la Neil Young hehe. Higit 'sangtaon na rin kami; we've been jamming on weekends or kung trip basta me oras. Para sa amin it is therapy, an outlet, a side hobby to break routines. Tumugtog na kami on baptisms, bithdays, weddings, graduations all puro thank you so far. Takot kasi kaming me bayad kasi then they would have the license to abuse us ha ha ha its just our alibi for not getting a paying booking, really. But honestly and modesty aside, we are good, not very very good but I think generally good, and we do better with practice. So far we're into cover songs-- mga Toto, Queen,Chicago, Chaka Khan, Crowded House, RadioHead, RiverMaya. I am trying to steer them sa orig compositions pero me resistance kasi walang tiwala sa sarili. Me composition nga ako wala namang interest i-develop kasi hindi naman mapagkakuwartahan hehe. Anyway over sa enjoy naman kahit libre at nakakapagod. I wish we could record kahit katuwaan lang para me ipamigay sa mga kaibigan o iiwang pag-uusapan kahit na lalaitin lamang.
